HOSP 1321 - Customer Service Skills (1-2-2)

This course provides an understanding of the service environment and the skills required of a guestroom attendant to serve food and

beverages and to provide table service. Participants also learn how to communicate effectively with customers, how to manage relationships

in face-to-face situations, and how to address difficult customers. Students also learn to value and relate to customers with special needs.
