MGMT 1135 - Managerial Accounting & Finance (3-0-3)
The focus of this course is to acquire the skills and concepts necessary to use accounting information in managerial decision making. Course
is designed for those who will use, not necessarily prepare, accounting information. Those applications include the use of information for short
and long term planning, operational control, investment decisions, cost and pricing products and services. An overview of financial accounting
and basic concepts of finance provides an overview of financial statement analysis.
Prerequisite: ENGL 1010 – Fundamentals of English I; ENGL 1101 - Composition and Rhetoric; MATH 1012 - Foundations of Mathematics; MATH 1111 - College Algebra; MGMT 1100 - Principles of Management
