RNSG 1120 - Foundations for Bridge to Professional Nursing (6)
This course is a bridge course for LPN to ADN students that introduce the LPN to professional nursing, the role of the associate degree nurse,
health promotion and illness prevention practices for the elderly. Emphasis is placed on knowledge and skills in assessment, basic needs,
documentation, interventions and strategies for health promotion. LPN students may elect to demonstrate competence in selected skills,
thereby, reducing required laboratory time..
Prerequisites: Program Admission
