Course Description

This course covers general anatomy, joint and muscle function, as well as the analysis of body movements. The course is designed to prepare and qualify students to work as personal trainers. Students learn how to: properly screen and evaluate clients for safe participation in an exercise program. Design and implement exercise prescriptions for multiple populations and successful client goal attainment.
