McGinnis/Wickam Hall, Building 4, is the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) headquarters building. It is the MOST PROMINENT building at Fort Benning and it is easily identifiable from Dixie Road, Fort Benning. The actual address: Building 4, 1 Karker Street, Fort Benning, GA.2
Directions as you travel along I-185 South
- Merge onto GA 411/SI-185 to Ft Benning
- Continue along I-185 to Fort Benning
- You will go through the ACP – Access Control Point and the guard will ask for photo ID
- Continue along I-185/Lindsey Creek Pkwy
- Slight right – Continue onto 1st Division Road
- Continue onto Dixie Road
- Turn Right onto Edwards Street (you should be able to see Building 4, McGinnis/Wickam) from there.
- Take the FIRST left onto Eckel Street
- Take the 1st right onto Holtz Street
- Continue onto Karker Street

NEW Department of the Army Requirement: Tuition Assistance (TA) has to be approved BEFORE the start date of the class. Accordingly, Soldiers MUST request courses 10 days BEFORE the course start date.

1 Columbus Tech will be teaching other classes in Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH). These courses, however, will be in the new MACH facility and for MACH employees.
