Financial Services Professional Certificate

Program Description

Today, one in three Georgians works in a service job. When financial service is included, service jobs account for more than half of the nation's job market. Due to the continued growth in the banking and financial services, in addition to traditionally high levels of employee turnover in service jobs, locating qualified applicants is an ongoing challenge.

The Financial Services Professional Certificate Program prepares you to enter the various banking and financial institutions possessing the communication and interpersonal skills as well as the technical skills to provide quality, frontline financial service.

The program provides trainees with the foundational knowledge and techniques required to achieve excellent customer service skills, master the art of selling, and develop a strong understanding of financial products and services - all of which will make graduates a valuable commodity in today's financial arena!

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will become a Financial Services Professional and be guaranteed an employment interview with one of our business partners.

Program Admission Requirements:

  1. A high school diploma or official GED scores are required.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
