Accounting DiplomaProgram Description If you possess organizational skills and enjoy being exact, accounting is a field that will interest you. If you like to learn theory and apply it in the real world and you enjoy working with computers, accounting is the place to do all three. Graduates with a diploma in accounting are in demand as bookkeepers and accounting clerks in the areas of accounts receivable and accounts payable, and all businesses have to keep track of both. As a program graduate, you will learn what it takes to succeed in the business world. Learn how to maintain a set of books for business-account classification, subsidiary record accounting, corporate accounting, cost accounting, payroll, computerized accounting, manual accounting, database and spreadsheet fundamentals, and word processing.
