Program Description

Today, one in three Georgians works in a service job. When retail is included, service jobs account for more than half of the nation’s job market. Due to the continued growth in the service sector, in addition to traditionally high levels of employee turnover in service jobs, locating qualified applicants is an ongoing challenge.

The Certified Customer Service Specialist Certificate Program prepares you to enter the various service industries possessing the communication and interpersonal skills as well as the technical skills to provide quality, frontline customer service.

Program Admission Requirements

  1. No high school diploma or official GED scores required.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Meet minimum test scores.
  4. No special or provisional admission allowed.
