Program Description

The diploma program in Management and Supervisory Development enables you to acquire a broader knowledge of the field of management. This program is for you if you are a new student interested in the field or if you have experience in the management field and need more extensive knowledge in order to advance in your career.

The education you receive in this area emphasizes practicality. Your coursework is designed to mirror assignments you would actually complete in the field, such as preparing and writing training manuals, conducting disciplinary interviews with employees, and designing presentations that are persuasive and professional in concept and design.

You will graduate from this program prepared to work as support staff and an assistant to managers in human resource offices, general business offices, small businesses and retail, and other service industries.

You will upgrade your skills in order to function as a staff member assisting in warehouse management or small-business management in a team leadership position.

Program Admission Requirements

  1. Present official documentation of an earned high school diploma or official GED scores.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Present appropriate test scores, or present an official transcript documenting college-level English and mathematics with grades of "C" or better.
