Round Up Your Change for a Good Cause

The Ronald McDonald House of West Georgia needs your change and your help. Its annual fundraiser, "Round-up for the Ronald McDonald House" will be held on Friday, July 11th. As part of this campaign, Columbus Technical College Instructor Julie Thomas will work at the McDonald's on Manchester Expressway from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Just by eating lunch there during that time, and by agreeing to round your change up to the next dollar, you'll help families with sick children. The Ronald McDonald House of West Georgia hopes to raise $15,000 community wide.

Leading up to the July 11th event, Columbus Technical College will also set out several change collection boxes at various sites across campus. The location of these collection boxes will be announced in the coming days. They will be out from July 7 – 11.
