The Certified Customer Service Specialist (CCSS) program provides training in the core interpersonal and technical skills required to deliver exceptional customer service in a broad range of customer contact jobs.At this program's conclusion, participants should be able to:

  • Articulate what their organization expects from customer service providers.
  • Understand how an individual's behavior impacts the behavior of others.
  • Develop more confidence and skill as a problem solver.
  • Communicate assertively and effectively.
  • Make customer service a team approach.

Program Admission Requirements

  1. Present official documentation of an earned high school diploma or official GED scores.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Meet minimum test scores.
  4. No special or provisional admission allowed.
