As of October 1, 2006, Columbus Technical College is a Tobacco-Free campus.
Tobacco-Free means tobacco use (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, or any form of tobacco products) to include "E" cigarettes will not be tolerated anywhere on the campus; this includes inside the buildings and on the grounds of Columbus Technical College. The policy applies to all faculty, staff, students, and visitors to the College. It extends to properties and buildings leased by the College and to vehicles owned or operated by the College. Employees and students found in violation will be subject to disciplinary action. This includes a potential fine of $100 and/or permanent dismissal.
