BUS 145 - Managing Customer Relationships - This course provides an array of skill requirements needed to effectively disseminate and assimilate information in a business environment using multiple communication formats for varied audiences. Students will utilize these communication skill requirements to function as effective team players in a collaborative environment. Students successfully completing this course will be equipped with the tools to communicate and interact more effectively in person, in writing and on the telephone with both internal and external customers.
