NUR 203 - Professional Practice VII - Introduces common physiological concepts of illness in clients across the life span. The focus is on adaptation and alteration in selected processes including fluid and electrolytes, acid-base balance, nutrition, immune system responses, and abnormal cell proliferation. Emphasis is placed on incorporation of this knowledge into the nursing process to meet health-restoration needs of clients across the life span.
