Being the new boss can definitely have its challenges. Learning how to effectively assimilate with the team may be a big obstacle but through this course, it can be handled much easier. This program provides a neutral facilitator to gather information and questions from team members. The findings are compiled and presented to the new manager. Armed with what the team wants to know, including their visions and concerns, the manager can address each item in a separate session. This approach provides complete anonymity to the participants for an open and honest exchange of ideas while shortening the time needed for a new manager to get “up to speed.” It also helps facilitate team building.
