SkillsUSA Team Members Featured in Nat'l Publication

The official magazine for the national SkillsUSA organization featured a photo spread and article wrapping up this year's competition in June in Kansas City. Once the piece was printed and posted on the Skills website, skillsusa.org, some familiar faces stood out.

A SkillsUSA photographer captured Columbus Technical College students (left to right) Regina Ridgley, Claudia Haines and Antwone Henderson enjoying the opening ceremony at the H. Roe Bartle Hall and Municipal Auditorium. Regina and Claudia were on the Health Knowledge Bowl Team which took home the silver medal while Antwone competed in the Job Skills category. More than 5,000 students participated in the national competition.

The 2010 National SkillsUSA Conference will return to Kansas City June 20-25.
