CTC Beats All-Time Enrollment Record!

December 16, 2009: Columbus Technical College has surpassed its all time enrollment record! The new record of 4,171 students became official late Monday with the addition of a series of training classes through the college's Economic Development division. The previous record of 4,151 students was set in the fall quarter of fiscal year 2004.

Columbus Technical College President J. Robert "Bob" Jones said of the announcement, "This is truly wonderful news at a time when the upcoming Legislative session will result in significant belt-tightening for state agencies. The increased enrollment will help balance out the prospect of possible additional budget cuts."
