Student Organizations

Columbus Technical College encourages student participation and involvement in various clubs and organizations as related to their areas of interest and to the aims and objectives of the College.

Because Columbus Technical College recognizes the social, political, and professional value of such organizations, the doors of opportunity are open for the development of more clubs and organizations on campus. In order to facilitate this effort, the following guidelines have been established and are made available in the Office of Student Services.

Students who wish to organize a club related to their technical area or become involved in an existing local, regional, or national organization should:

  1. File a written request or intent to organize.
  2. Send the request to the Director of Student Activities and Recruitment.
  3. Present the organization's purpose to the Student Services Advisory Team. For additional information, contact the Office of Student Activities and Recruitment at 706-649-1901.
