Carpentry Framing Certificate

Get hands-on training in framing walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. Learn to read construction prints, use necessary tools safely, and understand the nature of materials used in framing work, emphasizing a combination of carpentry theory and practical application necessary for successful employment. Instructors will train you in the use of hand and power tools, floor and wall framing, and ceiling and roof framing. This program emphasizes quality construction and good business practices.

Program Admission Requirements:

  1. Present official documentation of an earned high school diploma or official GED scores.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Meet minimum test scores.
  4. Complete a program conference sheet with advisor prior to admission.
  5. No special admission allowed.
