Drafter's Assistant Certificate

This certificate is designed to introduce students to the drafting profession by presenting the entry level skills of a drafter's assistant.  Topics include introduction to drafting, size and shape description, and an introduction to Computer Aided Drafting (CAD).

Program Admission Requirements:

  1. Present official documentation of an earned high school diploma or official GED Scores.
  2. Be at least 16 years old.
  3. Meet minimum test scores.
  4. Complete a program conference sheet with advisor prior to admission.
  5. No special admission allowed.
