Get a jump on earning college credit in core subjects like Math, English and Science. Take ACCEL courses at Columbus Technical College, and receive both high school and college credit for each class. If you are planning to pursue a degree at Columbus Technical College or another college/university after graduating from high school, ACCEL is for you!.

Students must meet ACCEL program admission requirements. If you are planning to transfer to a four-year college or university, you should confirm acceptance of specific Columbus Technical College course credits with the receiving institution.

Once enrolled, you will attend ACCEL classes on the Columbus Technical College campus in addition to your high school classes. You will be responsible for scheduling ACCEL classes outside of high school instruction periods. You are also responsible for your own transportation to and from Columbus Technical College. Financial Aid is provided by the HOPE Scholarship program.
