Adult Education Class Registration

Registration for all Adult Education classes can be completed in 5 easy steps: (For ELL Registration, please see the ELA Tab)

STEP 1: Complete Online Adult Education Admissions Form Below

STEP 2: You will receive a confirmation phone call (within 48 hours) to select your date and time

STEP 3: Attend registration at Columbus Technical College Library

STEP 4: Plan to stay 3 to 4 hours for computer testing and paperwork

STEP 5: Bring the following item: Non-expired State ID

  • If you are under the age of 18 (guardian must be present along with high school withdrawal paper)- Please complete Underage Youth Application

Please note that children are not allowed during registration, testing or classroom time

An admission test is required to determine a student’s current education level and for class placement.   If you need additional information, contact Maria Carrizosa at 706-641-5620 or email CTCAdultEd@columbustech.edu.

Seating is limited; therefore we only register students on a specific dates and times. 

In accordance with Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 50-36-1), applicants who are ages 18 and over must provide secure and verifiable documents and execute a signed and sworn affidavit verifying his or her lawful presence in the United States in order to be eligible to receive the public benefit of adult education.

Columbus Technical College operates on a four-day week and is closed on Fridays.
