Customer Service Training

Each and every one of us serves customers, whether we realize it or not. This course will look at all types of customers and how we can serve them better and improve ourselves in the process.

Earn 2.5 hours of professional development credit.

To earn 2.5 hours of professional development credit you must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of this course. Click on the links below to access the course.

The course is made up of several modules, with a quiz at the end of each one. You must successfully complete each quiz before you can move on to the next module. When you complete the final quiz you will receive an email confirming the successful completion of Part 1 and Part 2 of the course respectively.

When you have satisfactorily completed both parts of the course you will receive a certificate of completion, which will show the name you give and be sent to the email address you provide on the registration form before the final quiz.
