CTC Launches 15 Department of War-Approved SkillBridge Programs at New Puckett Center
Columbus Technical College will launch 15 Department of War-approved SkillBridge programs on August 10 at the new COL Ralph Puckett Workforce Development Center. The programs help active-duty service members in their final 180 days of service transition into civilian careers while continuing to receive military pay and benefits. Veterans and military spouses are also eligible to participate. Training is available in high-demand fields, including commercial driving, healthcare, skilled trades, cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, programming, and legal services. Participants will earn industry-recognized credentials, gain hands-on experience, and connect with employers across West Georgia and East Alabama, supporting successful career transitions into the civilian workforce.
