Request for Out of State Tuition Waiver

I understand that by submitting this form I am acknowledging that I currently do not meet the requirements for In-State Tuition. I also understand that by submitting this form that Columbus Technical College is waiving my Out-of-State Tuition rate for the Summer 2023 semester. Furthermore, I understand that if I do not provide Proof of Residency documents by the end of Fall 2023 semester my residency status will revert back to Out-of-State which will double my tuition rate.
