COVID-19 Vaccine Incentive Program*
The vaccines are our most powerful tool to stop the spread of COVID-19. Do your part and get fully vaccinated by December 7, 2021. Students, Faculty, and Staff can earn $100 Campus Bookstore Voucher when they submit their vaccination record before the deadline.

Present your vaccination record that indicates you were fully vaccinated between 2020 and December 7, 2021 and you will receive a $100 Campus Bookstore voucher. Upon receipt of the voucher, each participant will be entered into a drawing for additional prizes!
*Participation in the Vaccine Incentive program is strictly voluntary.
Bookstore Voucher Eligibility:
Any CTC student or employee who is fully vaccinated from 2020 through December 7 is eligible to receive a $100 bookstore voucher.
Required Documentation:
Original vaccine record showing name, date of birth, type of vaccine received, date of second dose, if required. Digital copies of vaccination records will not be accepted. Students must also provide a valid student identification card.
CTC will not maintain copies of any records.
Voucher Pickup:
Beginning Monday, September 27, employees may pick up the voucher in the following locations by division (Monday – Thursday, 8 am until 6 pm):
- Academic Affairs, General Studies, Business, Library, and Institutional Effectiveness – Patrick Hall, Room 405
- Professional and Technical Services – West Wing, Room 110 A
- Health Sciences and Nursing – Wright Building, Room 3323
- Adult Education – Library Building L-603
- Student Affairs – Lobby of the Hartline Building
- Administrative Services – Hartline Building, Business Office
- Economic Development – Transportation Blvd
Beginning Monday, September 27, students may pick up the voucher in the following locations by last name (Mondays and Thursdays, 9 am until 2 pm and Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 am – 6 pm):
- Adult Education Students – Library Building, L-611
- Last Name A – G – Lobby of the Hartline Building
- Last Name H – P – CARE Center, Patrick Hall, Room 600
- Last Name Q – Z – Patrick Hall, Room 300
Bookstore Voucher Redemption Schedule:
Participants can redeem their vouchers in the bookstore on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am until 3 pm.
Additional Prizes:
Upon receipt of voucher, participants will automatically be entered into a series of drawings for additional prizes to include laptops and Visa gift cards.
